Model 1810: Liquid Level Monitor

The INCON Model 1810 liquid level monitor is a sophisticated microprocessorbased panel instrument that is powerful, flexible, and easy to install.

Applications

The INCON Model 1810 is ideal for use in liquid level monitoring applications that require special functionality, such as level-to-volume conversion. It is perfect for use at hydroelectric plants, water level measurements, industrial process control, water treatment and other liquid storage applications.

  • Designed for use with the INCON family of submersible level/depth pressure transmitters and other 4-20mA level sensors
  • Capable of calculating volume from tank shape or lake-bottom topographical data, in applications where volume is not a simple
    multiplier times height
  • May be equipped to retransmit level or volume in analog, parallel digital, or serial form
  • Allows for sensor-to-monitor field calibrations without any additional equipment
  • The Model 1810 determines liquid level by accepting a 4- 20mA signal from a liquid level transmitter.
  • The operator may select any one of three differently scaled quantities
  • Utilizes a 5-digit LED display that displays height, volume, or pressure in user-defined units
  • Can be configured with programmable limit outputs for alarm or control functions
  • Retains memory during loss of power
  • Allows system configuration to be done through an easy-to-use, menudriven set up mode.

Features

  • Flexible programmable features allow it to be tailored to meet special operational requirements
  • Easy to configure and operate, with simple, menudriven programming and set up capability from the front panel
  • Can calculate volume from strapping table, contour data, or tank shape
  • Exceptional resolution and linearity
  • Bright, highly visible LED display
  • Lockout feature to protect programmed settings
  • No calibration required before use
  • Factory calibrated and system calibration capability
  • Displays measurement in three programmable scales
  • Powerful System Calibration mode increases accuracy
  • Calculates its own slope and offset values
  • Averaging Filter increases display stability & accuracy
    100 Data-Point Non-Linear
  • Conversion Table
  • Highly Visible 5 Digit LED Display
  • Programming stored in battery-backed RAM memory
  • Small size fits in 1/8 DIN panel cut-out
